• 2.3 Conducting unauthorized data mining, scraping, or automated collection of information
• 2.4 Impersonating other users, instructors, or academy representatives
• 2.5 Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users or staff
• 2.6 Distributing spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or chain letters
• 2.7 Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our systems

4. Age Restrictions and Requirements

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are accessing our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

5. Indemnification Obligations

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StrategyElite Academy, its officers, directors, employees, instructors, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• 5.1 Your violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws
• 5.2 Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of third parties
• 5.3 Content you submit or share through our services
• 5.4 Your use or misuse of our services, website, or course materials
• 5.5 Any fraudulent or illegal activities conducted through your account

7. Third-Party Interactions

Your interactions with other users, third-party service providers, or advertisers found through our services are solely between you and such third parties. You acknowledge and agree that StrategyElite Academy is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as the result of such interactions or the presence of such third parties on our website.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrategyElite Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes but is not limited to:

• 9.1 Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• 9.2 Interruption of business or loss of employment opportunities
• 9.3 Damage to professional reputation or career prospects
• 9.4 Costs of procurement of substitute services or training

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to StrategyElite Academy in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Force Majeure Provisions

StrategyElite Academy shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, power failures, internet service provider failures, or other force majeure events.

13. Dispute Resolution Procedures

In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising from these terms or our services, you agree to the following resolution process:

• 13.1 Initial Contact: First attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us directly at info@farlimotion.com
• 13.2 Good Faith Negotiation: Both parties will engage in good faith negotiations for at least 30 days
• 13.3 Mediation: If negotiation fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation
• 13.4 Litigation: As a last resort, disputes will be resolved through the courts in Tokyo, Japan

15. Terms Modification Policy

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email to registered users. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
